We are committed to provide quality, cost-effective, defect free and time-bound solutions software products and services conforming to customer requirements by complying with the requirements of our quality management system and continuously improving its effectiveness through management reviews of the quality objectives.
Quality Policy
We have set forth before us the following objectives, which are measurable and are consistent with the Quality Policy.
- Provide products and services of the highest possible standards, to satisfy our customer needs, expectations of quality, safety, reliability and service.
- Clear understanding of the requirements of our users and customers
- Ensuring the conformance of products and services up to specifications and standards
- Providing all planed / agreed deliverables in accordance with schedule.
- Responding to the communications from customers and providing timely action.
- Minimizing customer or user complaints by taking all possible measures and root cause analysis with suitable preventive measures
- Looking at our service provision processes, identifying the potential for errors and taking the necessary action to eliminate them
- Knowledge sharing at every level through training and seminars.
- Everyone understanding how to do their job and doing it right first time.

Our quality objectives are to furnish high quality products, on time, and at the lowest cost. To reach our objectives, we are maintaining a constant focus on quality with full dedication, commitment, and teamwork. We understand our markets and customer needs and expectations and continuously improve our service to facilitate growth.
Our company is dedicated to the quality policy and we accomplish quality objectives by establishing, implementing and maintaining a documented effective Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of ISO and CMMI which will ensure that its products and services fully meet the requirements of its customers at all times. Tekbos designs, produces and markets quality products and services in knowledge management and e-governance segments. Tekbos aims at continually improving the quality standards and implement best practices in our activities. Overall quality process management is done by highly qualified professionals at all levels within the organization. We follow CMMI L3 level standards for product development across all of its Offshore Development Centers.
